Working Here
We built You Should See My Therapist around the belief that people heal best when they’re met with genuine compassion and given the time to do meaningful, unhurried work. That belief shapes how we structure sessions, how we relate to one another as a team, and how we protect the freedom to deliver thoughtful, individualized care. We’ve intentionally chosen to operate as out-of-network providers — not because it’s easier, but because it lets us safeguard client confidentiality, customize treatment to each person’s real needs, and keep our clinicians’ time focused on the work that matters most.
We’re a small, collaborative team rooted in the Auburn community. Our clinicians bring distinct training and specialties, but we share a common commitment to evidence-based, culturally responsive, strengths-based care — and to clients of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. If you’re a clinician who values client-centered work, who wants the time and freedom to grow professionally, and who would welcome the support of colleagues who take their craft and their clients seriously, we’d love to hear from you.
